We support communities, public bodies and private organisations towards social innovation and sustainable impact.
PUSH is a design lab that works at the fringe of environmental sustainability, digital technologies and social innovation: we design and develop solutions to improve the quality of life in cities, reduce consumptions and tackle climate change.
We mainly focus on the following domains:
- Applied research (service design for urban policies, edutainment, behavioural design, circular design).
- Bottom-up activation projects.
- Participatory processes and co-design.
- Organization of dissemination events.
- Design intensive schools and training formats.
Our team is made up of young professionals with extremely heterogeneous and complementary paths and skills: service design, ICT, project management, communication, business development.
We are partners of World Urban Campaign, UN Habitat, EIT Climate KIC and the Global Shapers Community.
SPIN-OFFS
SINCE 2013 WE HAD 2 SPIN-OFFS THAT NOW WORK ALL OVER THE WORLD
The Piranesi Experience is a startup born between the Experimental Centre of Cinematography in Rome and PUSH. Focused on cross-media communication, it realizes video productions related to urban storytelling universe. It has collaborated with different realities, including the most important: ETH Zurich, Audi, Wind, Jac Motors Italy, 5+1 AA, QMI.
MUV is a technological startup with a social vocation (and Pending B Corp), result of an eight-year of research by PUSH, with the aim to turn sustainable urban mobility into a sport. It encourages responsible and healthy habits, measures progress by certifying CO₂ reduction and, thanks to the data collected, lets companies and institutions co-create mobility plans.
