The first Palermo Service Jam - March 7/9 2014

Making a Jam means being part of an global community and realizing an event that takes place at the same time in over 100 different cities around 5 Continents, by proposing an engaging challenge: developing a creative approach to the individuation and solution to the problems in range of Service Design, encouraging collaboration, experimentation, innovation.

The Service Jam is an international format that brings together people with varied skills in order to redesign a new generation of services conceived around citizens’ need. Three days, thirty participants with different backgrounds who share a passion for ideas generation, coordinated by a team of internationally experienced mentors.
PUSH has collaborated, as a technical partner, to the organization of the event, creating the logo, the graphics and the website of the 2014 Palermo Service Jam and taking care of the press office and the promotion of the initiative.

Creating a small but strong community of different people who share the desire to join forces contributing to making Palermo a better city.
